Over the last 30 years, Jerry has led development and construction teams on major projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Far East. His career highlights include the successful delivery of Paternoster Square for Mitsubishi Estate and Stanhope, and One Hyde Park for CPC Group and Candy & Candy. His more recent projects include the successful completion of 10 Finsbury Square (150,000 sq ft) and the ongoing development of Masterhuset in Stockholm (300,000 sq ft) for Pembroke Real Estate (Fidelity Investments). Jerry is currently Chief Development Officer for Qatari Diar’s UK and European regions.

Jerry focuses on creating value from the early stages of a project by effectively managing the master planning, design and planning application processes. By working closely with local stakeholders from the outset, Jerry has successfully completed the land assembly on a number of complex schemes and secured planning permissions to build over 4.5 million sq ft of mixed-use developments. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE).
